Final Land Release In Watson
More than just a land development
Mt Majura Estate is so much more than just another land development.
The site has been owned by the Cusack family since 1962, operating as an accommodation complex housing many a school group on their visit to Canberra during these 55 years. The decision to now redevelop is borne out of their passion for this site and a testament to the group’s confidence in delivering a boutique estate of the absolute highest quality. This assurance is further demonstrated by the fact that they will retain ownership of at least one block in the estate as an ongoing commitment to the success, growth, prosperity and—most of all—community happiness of their much-loved Mt Majura Estate.
The Cusack’s have been proudly serving Canberra and the region for five generations in a variety of businesses, including establishing the much-loved Cusack’s furniture store in Yass in 1918. With over 120 years of continuous business in Canberra and surrounding districts, C7 Developments represents the next step in the family’s evolution.
They are now proud to bring their strong history of quality, service and philanthropy to the Mt Majura Estate site, to create a development that homeowners for generations to come will be truly proud to call home.
